Returns & Refunds policy

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order within 36 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet. To cancel, email us at hello@chitt.shop with your order number.

Returns:

We accept returns only in case of packaging damage.

To qualify:

• You must email us a clear photo of the damaged package within 24 hours of delivery

• The item must be unused and in original condition

Please note:

• Reverse shipping costs will be borne by the customer

• We will initiate the refund once we receive and inspect the returned item
